General Order regarding Federal Bankruptcy Rules Notice: General Order No. 1-08 Effective December 1, 2008, the Court vacates the orders of October 13, 2005 and September 2006, which adopted the Interim Bankruptcy Rules, with the exception of Rule 5012, which remains in effect until further order of the Court. The new and amended Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure are effective December 1, 2008.
