Fee Change Alert Effective October 1, 2008 a $39 administrative fee now applies to split cases. Below are the new fees. Split Chapter 7: $299.00 Split Chapter 11: $1039.00 Split Chapter 12: $239.00 Split Chapter 13: $274.00
