Summer 2008 ECF Upgrade The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin is planning an upgrade of CM/ECF (to Version 3.2). Most of the changes are behind the scenes, but there are a few new and enhanced features added to assist electronic filers. The ECF team believes that you will find the new version a step forward in providing a more user friendly E-Filing application.
