PACER Service Disruption Through the end of June, all PACER web sites will experience at least one service disruption during business hours.* The service disruption is necessary to perform critical infrastructure upgrades to the Judiciary's network.* These upgrades will help maintain service in the future.* Each upgrade will take about an hour.
