Most people who file for bankruptcy choose to use Chapter 7, if they meet the eligibility requirements; Chapter 7 is a popular choice because, unlike Chapter 13, it doesn't require filers to pay back any portion of their debts. For more reasons why you might want to file for Chapter 7, see When Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Is Better Than Chapter 13. (http://www.bankruptcylab.com/showthread.php?p=9#post9)
However, Chapter 13 might be a better choice, depending on your situation. For example, if you are behind on your mortgage and want to keep your house, you can include those arrearages in your Chapter 13 plan and repay them over time. In Chapter 7, you would either have to make up the whole past due amount right away -- and you might lose your house, if your equity exceeds the exemption amount available to you. For more on situations when Chapter 13 makes sense, see Reasons to Use Chapter 13 Instead of Chapter 7. (http://www.bankruptcylab.com/showthread.php?p=8#post8)

I'm going for Chapter 7 at the end of the month. I read over the info and I think I meet the requirements. I need some relief and I think this the only way I will be able to get it and start anew. I have learned my lesson!!!!

I agree with you.I'm going to use chapter 7 because it allows the firm the opportunity to reorganize its debt and to try to re-emerge as a healthy organization. What this means is that the firm will contact its creditors in an attempt to change the terms on loans such as the interest rate and dollar value of payments. but before i'm doing this i must first to consult my bankruptcy attorney (http://www.bankruptcyattorneyincincinnati.com) for my decision i need their also their opinion.

Before Filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy you should really consider getting some legal hep from a lawyer or try some sort of debt relief program (http://www.ccrnow.com) so you can save you credit form being damaged.
